I have almost always recruited human resources who started from an insufficient basic preparation for the role they had to cover. This is because I have accepted the challenge of training every time.
I have always considered the person before competence, convinced that with certain human characteristics the individual could have received my training and created an effective and efficient work team with the others.

I've done well and I've done badly, I've had successes and failures, I've believed in people right and wrong.

In the end, however, I always got my results.
